After care advice


  • To maintain tint colour, avoid cleansing eyebrow area the night of your fresh tint.

  • Don’t exfoliate the area for three days post brow wax.

  • Cleansers containing acids and glycolic will fade your tint faster.

  • To maintain shape don't tweeze, this allows me more hairs to help balance your brows.



  • Avoid showering the night of your wax.

  • Avoid body lotions the night of your wax.

  • Three days post body wax thoroughly exfoliate then apply body lotion

  • Always remember to exfoliate the night before your wax do not apply body lotion at this stage.

Lash Lift

  • Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours, No showers, excessive exercise or steam.

  • Avoid sleeping on your face or side, Your lashes are quite soft and can be squashed out of shape.


  • Avoid exfoliating for three days post facial.

  • If you had your facial late in the day there is no need to do your skin care routine that night.

  • Follow any aftercare advice that Carol has given you in salon.


Skin Needling

  • Avoid direct sun exposure! Use an SPF the following day and ongoing

  • Avoid the use of scrubs, loofas and abrasive cleansers!

  • Avoid excessively hot showers and baths

  • Avoid pools and swimming

  • Avoid saunas

  • Avoid exercise or anything that makes you sweat and increases body

temperature such as hot yoga

  • Use Dermaviduals cleansing milk and oleogel only for the first 5 days.

  • SPF may be used from the following day.

  • You may slowly reintroduce your normal skin care routine from day 5

  • Reintroduce your serum or active products from day 6

  • Facial waxing may be reintroduced two weeks post skin needling treatment.

  • Avoid picking or touching the skin

  • Avoid self tanners

  • Avoid solarium use

  • Avoid injectables (wait at least 2 to 3 weeks prior and after)

  • Avoid shaving (72 hours)

  • Mineral Makeup may be worn after 24 hours if your skin is calm with no irritation or inflammation.
