WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

A: Website payment options are Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Credit and Debit Cards and Cash. 

 In salon i accept visa, mastercard, afterpay, apple pay, google pay, amex, zip pay, laybuy, direct deposit and cash.

 

Laybuy and Afterpay have a $100 minimum purchase in salon.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING

Shipping is $10.00 flat for standard post, $13 for Express Post  or FREE for orders over $150 ! . If you live local free click and collect from the pharmacy and free same day home delivery is also available.

QUESTION

Q: My order has arrived and is incorrect or damaged. 
A: Firstly, I am so sorry this has happened!
Please take a photo of your order and email us with images of the issue within two (2) days of receiving your order. There are many scenarios most likely out of our control. If the product is unusable upon delivery, we will offer to send replacements or a full refund will be issued.

Sale products with damaged outer packaging or short use by dates are non refundable.

Booking and cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Clarity Skin Therapy has a Booking Policy designed to protect not only my business’ bottom line and in turn, my affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients.

No shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business.  They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with me I hope that you will appreciate my Booking and Cancellation Policy.

To secure an appointment at Clarity Skin Therapy I require 50% of service fee at the time of booking in your appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment.  If cancelling outside of 24 hours prior to your appointment any money paid will be placed as a credit in your timely account to use for your next booking (money credits will never expire). If you would prefer a refund you will need to contact me either by email or phone.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or no show to your appointment your full booking fee will be forfeited.  If you need to late cancel your appointment due to being a Covid positive or emergency please discuss with Carol,  I am reasonable but will not tolerate abuse. You may receive a credit into your account otherwise standard cancellation policy applies.

There are absolutely no exceptions to this new policy. No matter how good a client is, no matter how long they’ve been with me and no matter how small the appointment booking is. One rule. For all clients. No exceptions.

By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to this policy.

Can I bring the kids?

Squishy babes are fine, but due to insurance and covid restrictions i can only have one person in the treatment room at a time.

My treatment space is no place for children.  Due to the fact you probably have your eyes closed and i am concentrating on you. There is electrical equipment, hot wax, hot towel warmers and very expensive equipment with sharp bits on it.

The pharmacy has a waiting area at the front of the store but children are not to be left unattended.

I have special or extra needs.

The Mirboo North Pharmacy is all abilities access.

My treatment table is able to be lowered for easy transfer from wheelchair or from a walker.

Some treatments are also possible from your walker or chair.

 If you have special or extra needs please let me know, I will do my best to cater for you.

Behavior

I will treat you with the utmost respect and i expect you to do the same to me. Abusive , threatening and intimidating behavior will not be tolerated and the service will be terminated.

If you or your child  breaks any product or equipment, I will expect for it to be replaced or repaired at your expense.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available in salon and online for any value.

Gift voucher may be redeemed on products or services.

To use voucher on the website store, please ask for a coupon code to the value of your voucher.

Voucher must be redeemed within 2 visits at a maximum. Unless voucher is for a package which must be stated at time of purchase .

Non transferrable.
