A: In salon i accept visa, mastercard, apple pay, google pay, amex, zip pay and cash.
For online shopping i accept card, Pay pal and direct deposit.
Zip Pay is available via the Zip pay app
To use zip to pay for your product purchases, please go to the zippay app, search for clarity skin therapy and shop , then tap pay with zippay. Done!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING
While the treatment room is closed, all shipping is free with no minimums.
Carol has a Diploma in beauty therapy and still regularly undertakes further study for new modalities and treatments.

Q: My order has arrived and is incorrect or damaged.
A: Firstly, I am so sorry this has happened!
Please take a photo of you order and email us with images of the issue within two (2) days of receiving your order. There are many scenarios most likely out of our control. If the product is unusable upon delivery, we will offer to send replacements or a full refund will be issued.

Can't make it to your appointment?
I completely understand that things happen, but if you need to change an appointment please do so ASAP. 24 hrs notice is appreciated.
No shows or late cancellation within 1 hour of appointment time will result in half fee being charged.
charges are at my discretion.

Can I bring the kids?
Being home based, but professional business, I do not have a waiting room for patient husbands or children, so I’m sorry but for insurance and council requirements I can only have one person in my treatment room (squishy babies are fine! As long as I get a cuddle!)
I have special or extra needs?
I do not have direct disabled access as i have some steps at the front of my house.
If you have special or extra needs please let me know, I will do my best to cater for you.

I will treat you with the utmost respect and i expect you to do the same to me. Abusive , threatening and intimidating behavior will not be tolerated and the service will be terminated.
If you or your child breaks any product or equipment, I will expect for it to be replaced or repaired at your expense.
